With over 1,500 rooms and 8,700 outputs on its fire panel, PlantQuest has enabled the site's Emergency Response Team to remove all double-knock / unnecessary evacuations since its deployment. This is down from 2/3 per month previously.

This has resulted in the site saving €135,000 per year in repeat cleaning cycles and waiting times of assets. Whilst also enabling an increased production capacity of 37 batches per year, equating to €860,000.

Surveying & Mapping the location of critical EHS Assets

PlantQuest surveyed and located over 2,000 critical EHS assets across the site. The site's EHS team was subsequently able to visually view where the site had inadequate cover, allowing them to take appropriate action. Furthermore, upon adopting PlantQuest’s multi-asset navigation tool, the time spent on-site surveying all fire extinguishers for regulatory purposes was cut from two/three days to one day per month.
