In large industrial facilities, thousands of hours and millions in production are lost every year to a problem that sounds almost too simple: people can't quickly find what they need, or see how it all connects. Equipment, drawings and hard-won knowledge live in different places — and none of them shows a technician, a responder or a new starter where to go.
We started PlantQuest to close that gap. Our co-founders, Ger Carton and Tom Daly, came to it from the floor — between them, more than 40 years commissioning, operating and engineering complex regulated sites. They set out to build the platform they wished they'd had, so that green and brownfield facilities alike can find anything, respond faster, and keep producing.
PlantQuest runs on the sites behind some of the world's most critical production. We help safeguard facilities responsible for around 8% of the US hospital supply of sterile injectables, we're used every day by 80+ maintenance professionals on a single biopharma site, and our customers are worth over $4 trillion in combined market value.

Tom leads R&D and PlantQuest's technical roadmap. With deep expertise in electronics and instrumentation engineering, an MEng by research, and experience on international engineering projects, he keeps PlantQuest at the leading edge of what location intelligence can do.
As CTO, Kieran leverages his extensive technology expertise to enhance our product offering. His focus on cutting-edge system architecture and high-quality software development ensures the delivery of innovative and efficient solutions tailored to our customers' needs, reinforcing PlantQuest's commitment to excellence.
Crebhan holds a BSc in Technology Management and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management. His customer-centric mindset and strong skillset in product management and technical understanding helps PlantQuest deliver solutions tailored to each of their our customer’s unique needs.
