Take Control of your PlantQuest Solution with our New Management Portal

The portal gives clients the means to self-manage their assets, devices within the field, and its users keeping it current and up-to-date. In turn, putting the correct critical information into the hands of those that need it, when they need it.

Manage Data

Due to the very nature of our customers complex facilities, assets get added, removed and updated. Our new web-based portal allows you to manage the location and metadata of all assets. The portals interactive room boundaries and auto room updates make the adding and editing of asset locations seamless whilst reducing user errors and improving the user experience. Following such modifications, our API ensures that the tablets running PlantQuest in the filed simultaneously updating with the latest changes providing the correct information to those that need it.

Searchable & Chronological Audit Trail

With data transparency and traceability being of utmost importance to our customers, we have ensured that the portal presents a fully searchable chronological log of all data manipulations to the system allowing for full audibility and visibility by all users. Alongside this, users do not have the ability to delete an asset from the system but rather ‘achieve’ the asset.

Users Access Levels

The portals multiple user access levels provide an extra layer of control over the system meaning that only certain members of staff can administrate & manipulate the system, whilst allowing all staff to benefit from the information within the PlantQuest

PlantQuest Management Portal Features

As we continuously work on our product offering, delivering updates to our customers, we have developed the portal to have the ability to send and receive information from other elements in the PlantQuest ecosystem through our unique Application Program Interface (API).  Alongside this, our API will interact with other external systems such as BMS, MES, PLC etc., delivering extensive value to your team and facility.
